The first annual East African Business Association Gala will be held on Saturday, April 29th, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. If you are an East African registered business owner and want to learn more about the East African Business Association, there are only 500 tickets to the Gala available.
This must-attend event will be a formal dinner and gathering at the Hyatt Regency to kick off the East African Business Association. The keynote Speaker will be Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey. US Congressman Dean Phillips will also address the gathering.
While Minnesota boasts tens of thousands of East African immigrants, we do not speak with a united voice in the business community. Yet, our entrepreneurial spirit is alive, employing thousands from our community and building wealth. But it seems too hard for many of us. The lack of business leadership, the overwhelming regulations, the underrepresentation in awarded contracts, and no central place for us to gather as businesspeople are all part of the problem. The East African Business Association is here to solve these challenges. We need your support.
Join us at the EABA Gala to learn how the East African Business Association will help the East African business community and learn more about the benefits of becoming a member.
